Consumer Ombudsman
“In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the option to refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, namely AVENIR CONSO****, within one year from the date of the written complaint addressed to the professional.
The referral to the consumer ombudsman must be carried out:
– either by filling out the form provided for this purpose on the AVENIR CONSO website: https://www.avenir-conso.com/
– either by mail addressed to AVENIR CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain – 75007 PARIS.
Cold calling
According to Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code: “When a professional
